Services
Our company offers a range of services including, but not limited to, construction, interior design, and infrastructure development. Detailed service offerings will be specified in individual agreements or contracts.
- We have in-house design, planning, and Vaastu experts. We offer end-to-end construction services to all our clients. Pricing is calculated per square foot for all designs and drawings.
- We offer loan assistance but do not guarantee it.
- Service Modifications :Our company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its discretion with prior notice to the client.
Company Responsibilities
Pranavika Infra Private Limited offers both in-house (labour contract) and sub-contracting work. The agreement is unilateral, and we take 100% responsibility for the quality of work and execution.
We do not promise on Zero-Delay. However, we do acknowledge the work time frame and work according to the deadline. Any delay in the work completion would be informed in advance with the client.
Any and all designs shared are confidential and we do not share our info with any external sources
Client Responsibility
- Accuracy of Information: The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information as required for the execution of services. the Company is not responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect information.
- Access and Cooperation: The Client must provide the necessary access to the site and cooperate with the Company's staff to facilitate the efficient execution of services.
- We do not allow corrections in the designs post the work start. However, any changes in the design and work must be discussed in advance and if any/all changes in the additional cost should be taken care of by the client.
Intellectual Property
Ownership: All intellectual property created or used in the provision of services remains the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed.
Usage Rights: The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use any deliverables provided as part of the service, solely for the purpose intended.

Payments
- Fees and Charges: Fees for services will be outlined in the service agreement or contract. The Company reserves the right to adjust fees based on project scope changes or unforeseen conditions.
- Payment Terms: Payments must be made according to the terms specified in the agreement or invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges.
- Payment must always be made before the start of the work. We do not entertain payment post completion of work.
- All prices we Quote are excluding GST. If the GST Bill needed additional 18% would be charged.
- We offer stage wise payments and would be decided by the company as per the work module.
- We do not provide a separate bill/ invoice for labour works. Payment plans must be followed by the client on time. Any delay in the payment would impact the execution time frame and the client is responsible for it.
- Every transaction is made to the company, we share a payment confirmation voucher within 24-48 hrs. once the amount is credited/received by us.
- We accept Cash, NEFT, Online Payments- Phone pe, G Pay, Paytm, UPI Payments, card payments as per RBI Guidelines. Additional fee and 18% GST is charged extra as per RBI Guidelines. We do accept cheques
- Cheque Bounce is treated as a serious offence under negotiable instrument act 1881.under Section 138.In case of a cheque bounce, Pranavika Infra Private Limited Will Legally Approach With a Cheque Bounce Notice.
- Steel & Cement prices are NOT Fixed and any change in the cost would impact the pricing charged to you.
Termination Policy of Employees
- Poor Performance: Employees who fail to meet performance standards after adequate warnings and support may be terminated, following performance reviews.
- Misconduct: Serious acts such as theft, fraud, harassment, violence, insubordination, or violation of safety policies can lead to immediate termination. Documentation of the misconduct and an inquiry will be done by internal complaints committee or local Authorities if necessary.
- Redundancy/Retrenchment: When roles become redundant due to economic slowdown, restructuring, or project completion, companies may terminate workers under retrenchment provisions, which require notice and severance pay.
- Absenteeism: Prolonged absenteeism without valid reason, especially in project-driven environments, can lead to termination after issuing warnings.
- Voluntary Resignation: In cases voluntarily resign, Employees Must Serve The Notice Period After Completing The Prohibition Period. The company will ensure the timely settlement of dues and issue relieving and experience certificates.
- Termination During Probation: For employees on probation, our company May provide shorter notice periods (e.g., one week or two weeks) depending on the terms of the employment agreement. Probationers are generally not entitled to severance pay unless specified in their contract.
Termination Of Contract with Sub-Contractors
- Reviewing Of the Contract: Our Company will examine the subcontractor agreement for termination clauses, including conditions, notice periods, and any penalties or liabilities.
- Checking For Default: Our Company Will Ensure there is a valid reason for termination as specified in the contract, such as breach of terms, poor performance, or delays.
- Provision of Notice: Our company will Issue a formal termination notice as required by the contract. This typically includes the reason for termination and the effective date. Our company will Examine and Confirm, then Adhere to any notice period specified.
- Settlement of Accounts: any outstanding payments or dues, including compensation for work done up to the termination date, needs to be Calculated and settled According to Contract Drawn & Signed By either Parties.
- Completion of Project/Contract: For contract and temporary workers, termination often occurs when the project or contract period ends. Pranavika Infra private limited ensures that the terms of the contract, including termination conditions, are clearly defined and adhered to.
Termination of Project/Contract with Client
- Termination of project/contract with client by the company: Our Company may terminate services if the Client fails to comply with the terms and conditions or if the Company deems it necessary. In such cases, the Client will be liable for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.
- Termination of project/contract with company by the client: The client may terminate services with prior notice as stipulated in the agreement. The client will be responsible for any cause incurred up to the termination date
Force Majeure
The company is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, war, or any other force Majeure Events.
Harassment
- Sexual Harassment: This includes unwelcome sexual advances, physical contact, requests for sexual Favors, inappropriate comments or gestures, and creating a hostile work environment. It can occur at worksites, labour camps, and during work-related travel
- Verbal and Physical Harassment: Due to the tough working conditions in construction, policies must address bullying, abusive language, physical threats, and violence that may occur between workers or between workers and supervisors.
- Discriminatory Harassment: Discrimination based on caste, religion, gender, disability, or social background is a major issue in construction companies, which often employ workers from diverse and vulnerable communities.
- Harassment Due to Unsafe Working Conditions: Workers may face harassment or intimidation if they raise concerns about unsafe or hazardous working conditions, including lack of proper safety equipment or sanitation
- Ensuring that labour contractors are also held accountable for harassment
Training and Awareness
- Awareness Campaigns: Given the literacy levels and the migrant nature of many construction workers, awareness programs must be accessible, using simple language and visual aids to educate workers about their rights and the process for reporting harassment.
- Training for Supervisors and Managers: Supervisors and project managers must be trained on how to identify harassment, create a positive workplace culture, and handle complaints in a fair manner.
Disciplinary Action
- Upon confirmation of harassment, disciplinary action may include:
- Suspension or termination of the harasser’s employment.
- Blacklisting contractors or vendors responsible for harassment.
- Financial compensation to the victim.
